Using this website
These terms govern use of the EzGathr demonstration website operated by the EzGathr team. Use the demo only if you are at least 18 and can agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you must have authority to do so. If you do not agree, do not use the interactive demo. Questions can be sent through our contact form.
What the demo does
EzGathr demonstrates a connected workflow for finding spaces, planning gatherings, managing participation, and running events. Listings, people, availability, prices, tickets, and balances may be sample data. Sample names and images do not establish a partnership, endorsement, verified venue, or actual customer relationship.
Demo submissions do not reserve a venue, admit you to an event, or create an agreement with a host. A request is not a booking, and an estimate is not a final quote. Do not travel to a sample venue or rely on demo availability for a real gathering. Confirm any real arrangements directly with the appropriate provider outside this demo.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Checkout, fees, payouts, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds shown in the demo are simulations. No real money is collected or paid through these demo flows. Do not enter real payment details. A simulated receipt or refund has no monetary value.
There is no live booking or paid subscription to cancel on this site. Any future commercial service will need its own disclosed pricing, payment terms, cancellation deadlines, refund rules, and applicable agreements before accepting a transaction. Proposed fees elsewhere on the site are subject to validation and change.
Accounts and information you submit
Use only demo access made available to you. A demo profile you start from the sign-in page is your own account for as long as it exists, not a workspace shared with other visitors at the same time; a shared demo account, where offered, is not a private workspace and other testers may see or change its data. Either way, what you enter is real, shared platform data — a listing or gathering you publish can appear in search for anyone — so use fictional details, keep your own copies of anything you need, and expect records to change or be reset. You must not use the demo as the only record for an actual event.
You remain responsible for content you submit and must have the rights and permissions to share it. You retain ownership of your content and give the EzGathr team permission to store, process, display, and copy it as necessary to operate the demo and handle your inquiry. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use of your content. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy policy.
Permitted use and intellectual property
You may explore and evaluate the demo, use its planning resources, and share links. Follow our Acceptable use policy. You may not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, collect other people's personal data, or misrepresent sample content as real inventory or results.
EzGathr branding, original website content, and software remain the property of their respective owners. Use of the site gives no ownership of them. Third-party images, map data, and software remain subject to their applicable rights and licenses.
Guides and external services
Guides and planning tools provide general information, not legal advice, professional safety advice, an inspection, or a guarantee of suitability. Confirm accessibility, permitted uses, capacity, insurance, permits, and any real event requirements with qualified providers. Third-party websites and services have their own terms; EzGathr does not control their availability or content.
Availability and responsibility
The demo is provided as available for evaluation. Features may be incomplete, contain errors, change, or be withdrawn. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of demo data, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on this demo.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. We may restrict access or remove content to investigate misuse, protect people or systems, or comply with law. You may stop using the site at any time and contact us about information you have submitted.
Investor information
The investor page describes the product, business thesis, and proposed plans. Forecasts and plans are uncertain and are not guarantees of performance. The site does not offer securities, accept investments, or set investment terms. Any investment discussion requires separate diligence and appropriate documentation. Do not submit confidential diligence materials through the public contact form.
