    I need a venue

Start with your date and guests, then find a space that fits.

Free registrations have no fee. Paid registrations carry a 4% platform fee on Pay as you go, or 2% with Organizer Pro at $29 a month. See proposed pricing

Host a room instead

If you have the space, list what is true — uses, capacity, access — then wait for a request with dates.

List your space

Before you begin

A few good questions.

Can I start without a date or a venue?

Yes. Your private draft can have undecided details. Add a real schedule and guest count before searching for a venue for that gathering or publishing its page.

Who can see my gathering?

Your draft stays private. When publishing, choose public discovery, anyone with the link, or your organization's authorized members. A link-only page can be forwarded; it isn't private.

Does requesting a venue confirm it?

A request starts the conversation. Only a confirmed booking secures an EzGathr venue. You can collect interest while planning; interest doesn't reserve a guest's place.
