Simple pricing for spaces and gatherings

Hosts list for free and pay only when a booking is paid. Organizers choose a plan by how often they gather, and a free RSVP never carries a fee.

Proposed pricing for the Richmond pilot. It's a demo and the fees are proposed, so nothing here is charged.

For hosts

List for free. Pay 15% when a booking is paid.

There's no monthly fee and no cost to publish. When a booking is paid, the platform keeps 15% of the rental and any required cleaning, before tax. That covers card processing, the booking record, and support while the booking runs.

Organizers pay the price you set, with no booking fee added on top.

Choose a plan by how often you gather

Both plans include event pages, check-in, and free RSVPs with no fee. On paid registrations, card processing is separate and comes out of registration proceeds, and the venue is paid on its own rather than from them.

    • Event pages and registration. Paid registration and free RSVPs, with a waitlist when a gathering fills.
    • Messages to your guests. Updates to the people coming to each gathering.
    • Check-in. Scan passes or find guests by name at the door.
    • Reports for each gathering. Sales, refunds, fees, and costs on every gathering's Money page.
    • You, plus door staff. The owner, and door staff invited to a single gathering.

    For recurring organizers

    2% platform fee on paid registrations

    Everything in Pay as you go, plus:

    • Event series. Repeat a gathering from one template, each date with its own venue and guests.
    • Audience tools. Find past guests across your gatherings and see who came back.
    • Team access. Up to 5 people in your organization, each with their own role.
    • Reports across events. Every gathering's money side by side, with totals.

When Organizer Pro pays for itself

Pro's lower fee covers its $29 at $1,450 a month in paid registration sales. At $2,000, it saves $11 after the subscription. If your gatherings are free, Pro is worth its tools rather than its fee.
