For venues

Fill your calendar with gatherings that fit.

Organizers find your space by what it allows, ask for a date, and pay through Stripe when you accept. You see every request, hold, and payout in one place.

No monthly fee. A proposed 15% when a booking is paid, and nothing when it isn’t.

Requests

Every request arrives ready to answer.

Date, time, headcount, and what the gathering is for, checked against your hours, capacity, and house rules before it reaches you.

  • Send a quote with your price, a discount, or required cleaning.
  • Hold the date for 12 hours while the organizer pays, or decline with a reason.
  • A request isn’t a booking. Unanswered requests expire after 24 hours, so your calendar never fills with maybes.

Payments by Stripe

The organizer pays. The date is yours to keep.

Card details go straight to Stripe-hosted Checkout, never through us and never through you. A booking is confirmed only when Stripe tells EzGathr the payment cleared.

  1. 1

    You accept

Your quote becomes a hold on the date.

On Stripe’s own secure checkout page.

  3. 3

    Stripe confirms it

A signed message from Stripe turns the hold into a booking.

  4. 4

    It’s on your books

The charge, the fee, and your payout land in your ledger.

Reporting

Books that balance, without a spreadsheet.

Each paid booking writes balanced ledger lines: what the organizer paid, the platform fee, and what’s owed to you. Refunds write their own lines, so nothing is edited after the fact.

  • Payout, organizer total, and fee on every booking.
  • A calendar of confirmed bookings and holds still awaiting payment.
  • A finance teammate can see the numbers without managing your listings.

Everything else a venue runs on

Built for the way spaces actually work.

  • One venue, many spaces

List each room, patio, or full buyout with its own capacity and price, and link spaces that can’t be booked at the same time.

  • House rules up front

Alcohol, amplified sound, food, and end times are part of the search, so the wrong gathering never asks.

  • Quotes and contracts

Adjust the price, add a discount, and keep the agreement with the booking it belongs to.

  • Preparation tasks

Setup, cleaning, and access notes travel with each booking, so the day goes the way you agreed.

  • Your team, your roles

Invite a manager to handle requests and a finance teammate to see earnings, each with only what their role needs.

  • Hours and holds

Set when you’re open and see what’s confirmed, what’s held, and what’s still open at a glance.

Where things stand

EzGathr is a working demo preparing for a Richmond-area pilot. Fees are proposed, payments run in Stripe’s test mode or a simulator, and no real money moves. Figures on this page are samples, not customer results.
