EzGathr policies

Acceptable use

Help keep the demo useful, respectful, and safe to explore.

Effective and last updated ยท Applies to this demonstration website.

Use the demo responsibly

Explore the supplied scenarios, try workflows with fictional information, and send constructive feedback. Use only accounts and functions made available to you. A demo profile is your own account, but what you publish through it is real, shared data anyone can find and interact with, exactly like any other listing or gathering; data in a shared demo account can also be seen or changed by other testers using that same account.

Prohibited activity

  • Illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, deceptive listings, or presenting simulated bookings, payments, reviews, or customer activity as real.
  • Threats, harassment, hateful abuse, sexual exploitation, or content that violates another person's privacy or rights.
  • Uploading personal guest lists, children's information, financial credentials, identity documents, confidential materials, or content you lack permission to share.
  • Malware, spam, credential theft, bypassing access controls, extracting other users' information, destructive testing, or traffic intended to disrupt the service.
  • Using participant details for unsolicited marketing, selling contact lists, or implying that an RSVP or inquiry grants marketing permission.
  • Claiming that a venue, activity, insurance policy, permit, accessibility feature, or safety requirement has been verified when it has not.

Report a concern

Contact support with the relevant page and a brief description. For a suspected security issue, share enough to identify the problem without sending passwords, private records, or exploit payloads through the form. Stop testing if you encounter someone else's data. For a privacy issue, use the privacy inquiry option.

This contact channel is not an emergency service. For an immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service.

How we respond

We may investigate, remove content, restrict access, preserve relevant records, or report unlawful conduct when appropriate. If you believe an access restriction or content decision was mistaken, contact support with the relevant details so we can review it. This policy supplements the Terms & conditions.
