Every great night out starts with two things. Someone with an idea. And somewhere across town, a room that's perfect for it.

Getting them together is the hard part. Emails about dates. A quote in one inbox, tickets in another app, the guest list in a spreadsheet. Change one thing, and you fix it everywhere.

EzGathr puts the room, the guests, and the money on one event.

Marcus runs a monthly open mic. He finds a room that fits 60, with the full price up front, and asks to book it. Lorraine runs that room. She sees exactly what he's planning, and sends a quote. Nothing is booked until it's paid.

His page goes up. Tickets sell. And on the night, his team checks guests in from a phone.

Afterward, every dollar is accounted for: $1,020 in tickets, and $484 left after the room and costs.

For venues, every request arrives with the plan attached. The headcount, the food, the sound. You set the rules, you approve every booking, and your earnings live in one place.

And when the night works? He runs it again. Because the real business isn't booking a room once. It's bringing people back, month after month.
